Jeffrey is a business attorney.  He litigates both contract and tort matters on business matters including intellectual property, employment matters, corporate disputes, and antitrust matters.  He is notably experienced in internet and technology law and related matters such as website terms of service agreements, domain name disputes, and Intellectual Property matters specifically related to internet and software licensing agreements.   In addition to being a tough litigator, Jeffrey is experienced in drafting contracts, corporate documents, and devotes a significant part of his practice to wills, trusts, and estate planning.  Prior to attending law school, Jeffrey created and ran a successful e-commerce business.  In addition to law, Jeffrey formerly served as rabbi of an Orthodox synagogue in Boca Raton, Florida where he now lives with his 2 children.
